About the Presentation: With the passage and implementation of the New York Marriage Equality legislation, (July 2011) the visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues have increased in the workplace as well as our daily life.  The discussions that occur are not always easy and may not always go well.   Useful and practical will be the focus of this seminar as we examine issues such as personnel policies;  tips on making workplaces inclusive; managing discussions and opposition to inclusive policies.  Come with questions about LGBT issues and what Marriage Equality means to you, your employees and your workplace.

About the Speaker: Scott Fearing, Program Director at the Gay Alliance has provided consultation and training to over 1000 public and private sector organizations.  His engaging, warm, and lighthearted training style makes him a very popular trainer and keynote presenter.
